I have forwarded my earlier mails with regard to termination of my account.
I had requested to terminate my account (suspended account) in december 2016.
After my payment, you have activated my number but I was neither informed nor aware of it.
I am sure you check the usage during December 2016 to March 2017.
Since mid march, I am getting frequent calls and messages to pay rental charges which is actually not due.
The billing is not right and you need to reverse the amount.
Instead your company is sending sms daily and harassing me.
Threatening messages are being sent to me daily which is not right
You have failed to send me the usage details during the dispute period.
Instead of resolving the dispute, I am getting threatening sms from your side.
Hope you look into my complaint and resolve it quickly.
