Very rude behaviour of contractor and driver. Patiala to delhi bus service at night 10.30 P.M on 1 Aug 2023 . They don't off light full night.How to sleep passanger if asked them they shouted the passanger and replied to all passengers if not comfortable then leave the bus.so I am requested to PRTC team from all passengers side please suspend both from service.i am requested please take action immediately.
