Central Hardware Store Asansol — Misbehave Abuse and non refund of advance

Hello Sir/Madam,
I Avinash Singh, residing at Neamatpur, Dist- Paschim Bardhaman, ordered a Net sheet made of Mild Steel to Central Hardware Store situated in Asansol, dist- Paschim Bardhaman.
GST- 19AASFC4898E1ZR( which is different on website, attached with the complain) with a payment of ₹500.00 advance on 05.06.2024.

Many times I contact on visit to the shop, they refused by saying unavailable and will arrange soon.
After 2 months they arranged the same but with premium payment of more than 20% Additional charge.( ₹2500.00 instead of ₹ 1800.00 Inc. GST in normal market)
Also saying that the shop is under composite scheme and do not give any gst at a time.
On misbehaving and abusing with the customer I need to file a complaint and
I need my refund the said amount or product with market rate Inc. GST
