[Resolved] Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — Payment failed and rejected by agency without any reason

(PFMS)
I had applied national scholarship portal scheme I, e post matric scholarship scheme (PMS). I had submitted all required documents. All my documentation got verified efficiently at institute level and as well as district level. After all verification I got a token number which is (CP[protected]). When my scholarship amount processed NSP to PFMS there is a agency named directorate of social and welfare J&k' they failed my payment thrice times without showing any reason. I request you kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

When my scholarship amount processed NSP to PFMS there its showing that they payment file is rejected by agency without showing any reason. I request you kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
