Central School Development Board — about recruitment fees

I have checked the details about csdb in ministry of human resource and development which is said that such type of board does not exist... So wanted to complain about money paid by me to this fake recruitment site csdbexam.com
Amount is 175 rs. I want my money back aas no such byboard is available so how can i get the job?
Please took a serious action against it.

Publishing fake recruitment notification looted money from unemployed youths of India.I have lost RS 175 and RS 250 which paid as fees after filling the form at www.csdbexam.com. From today the site is also not opened.plz take necessary action.

They published the recruitment on csdb firstly they said only rs 250 for application fee but after the payment also asking for second feel slip as rs 170. then we also paid but now that website is not opening
