Centre For Sight — The Company lost my Eyeglasses and lenses and not replacing them with the category of same glasses and frames

On 13th of January, 2024 I fully paid Rs. 16080/- ( Rupees Sixteen Thousand and eighty only to the Centre For Sight, B-5/24, Safdarjung Enclave, opposite Deer Park, New Delhi 110029, for replacement glasses of two pairs of eyeglasses - one rimless and another with a rim. They informed me to hand over one pair of glasses with the rim first. Accordingly I handed over to them my glass with rim at first and they called me on 18th January 2024 to hand over the 1st pair of the spectacles with replaced glasses and took the other pair of the rimless glasses with spectacles and told me that the same will be prepared within a day and they will call me. However, the person at the counter named Sourav was totally negligent in handling my glasses. He was very rude and dealt with my rimless eyeglasses very casually. As I didn't get any call from them on the next day or the day after, I visited their shop on 22nd January 2024. They told me that my specs have been prepared but they can not trace them. They will call me after they can locate my spectacles with new glasses. At around 4pm of 22nd January, 2024, I got a call from the Centre for Sight, Safdarjung Enclave and they told me that they have lost my rimless spectacles and offered to replace it with a eyeglass frame costing only Rs.3490/-. As this was not acceptable to me, so I visited their shop at around 5.30pm but they were not listening to me and telling me that my old rimless glass cannot be so costly. They have to be replaced by the cheap variety that they are offering. As they can not deliver the finished product I just want my old eyeglass frame and the lenses back as well as the money that I paid to the Centre for Sight for replaces my glasses from the old frame, i.e. Rupees Ten thousand forty only ( Rs.10, 040/-)
