Updated by Bibudesh Essentially they are promising certain false services which they are unable to deliver on. They clearly mentioned that there is no dependency on flight dates, the call center guy gives the reason that since my flight is tomorrow the cash will be delivered tomorrow itself. That is some 6 days of placing order against their promise of 24-48 hours and above all no door step delivery and I am being asked to collect the cash from branch.
