This is regarding a major problem in the toilet seats of cera sanitaryware ltd.
As there were major cracks in the area around the tank of the toilet seats(2 ONE PIECE EWC) due to which there was a continuous water leakage.
After putting up a complaint we were contacted by the respective person and after reviewing the condition the respected person told us that that it has been a major issue and it is done by someone of your familly and company has nothing to do with it and didn't contacted us for 9 months.
When such reputed company can do such thing for some rupees then please dont buy there products.
