CES International UK — Mark finlayson fraud cheat

I have been following up this Mark Finlayson/CES International/WRS International case for quite some time. Finally I am receiving a positive response from all side. It seems that Mark Finlayson is really a cheat. What his modus operandi is that he sends all different country proposals to all. Once he starts getting response, He will issue a sample offer letter and ask them to make full payment. After that nothing happens. The person does not get visa and he never applies visa for the same.He never pays any money forward to other agents ahead. So the money is there with him that also the full payment. I am in touch with approx 12-14 guys who did the same and now all thier money is stuck. I am handing over this matter to a speacial human rights case worker who is an expert in this. So far we have received a positive response from the PRESS REPORTERS in INDIA & UK as well. We also talked about this to the UKBA as well and they will be presenting a complete report to BBC UK and then they will AIR the same and publish it in local newspapers in UK. We also have received support from Local MP and also from the head in charge of Rushmoor police station. All they are waiting for are the reports. I would request you that if anyone who has been a victim of this fraud, please contact me and I will guide you for further steps. We all have to be togather so that we can prevent more and more innocent candidate from getting trapped in this fraud. Mr.Mark Finlayson thinks that he is in UK and we cannot catch him. Already few agents have launched complaint in Gujarat against him.All the main International airports have been alerted. We need to prove him that we all are togather and he cannot get away with anyone hard earned money llike this. He has to refund the money or face the consequences.
