Please note that the meter reading and billing for my connection and my flat's common meter connection seems to be incorrect and very suspicious. I am receiving an high bill amount each month and paying the same. Whereas the common meter reading and billing is in no comparison to my single flat bill. The electrical appliances are also of extreme contrast in each scenarios The reading and billing are mentioned below for your reference. There is a malicious electrical consumption and CESC meter billing cycle going through my entire flat which reckons your serious attention at the foremost. Some specific data are provided below for your consideration in this regard.
My electrical gadgets are as follow:
1. Air Condition (1 piece Bluestar 5-star rated split AC)
2. Laptop (1 piece latest HP laptop)
3. Induction Heater (1 piece Havells 5-star rated Induction Cooker along with a LPG Gas Connection)
4. Mobile Phone (2 piece ASUS Zenfone and Nokia model-130)
5. Fan (2 piece Havells Fan)
6. Tube Light (1 piece Phillips 5-star rated 36W tube)
7. LED Bulbs (2 Philips 10W CFL Lights and 2 Orpat 5W CFL Lights)
My Flats basic connections:
1. Elevator (5 storey running lift)
2. Water Pump (Filling daily 10000 Ltrs Water Tank)
3. 5 Storey Building Common Complete Lightning.
Whereas from last 24th Sep 2014 to till date 11th Oct 2015 electricity consumption are very abhorrent. To state the same please consider the current bills' consumption history.
My single flat Unit Consumption Reading - 309 units
Flat Common Meter Total Unit Consumption - 90 units
Please deploy some engineer and allied staff at the earliest to check the scenario and provide me a detail explanation of the scenario. Kindly let me know to get the resolution of this issue at the earnest. Hoping your kind assistance to consumer to resolve my pitiable condition.
