Submersible water filled pumpset having model number V3W1010C1-FA ( 1HP, 10 Stage)- Serial No;TJFP100981 was purchased from Cuttack-odisha ( from Hi-Tech Trading) on 13.02.2021. Now on complain to said distributor his technician came and verified that the flow of current and every thing is all right but after inserting the machine to the ground the flow of water is not comming even it is not working so far. My building work is disturbed due to not working of the pumpset. Kindly arrange to resolve the issue or exchange the same with in 2- 3 working days .
