Cgc Jhanjeri — Fee Refund

I went to CGC Jhanjeri for B.Tech admission. There admission cell official told me that there are limited seats so you can book your seat by submitting full semester fee i.e. Rs.49000. If you told us before 15th august 2021 that you dont want to continue with same college then your fee will be refunded to you after Rs.1000 deduction. As i got admission in some other college on scholarship bases.I informed them before 15th august that i dont want to take admission in your college and request them to refund my fee.But till now i don't get refund amount. Whenever i called them they disconnect the call evertime inbetween. I also sent them mails but of no use. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? Hi i have taken admission in cgc jhanjeri but i wanted to withdraw my admission and want my fees back. According to ugc guidelines, every student has the right to get full fees back upto 31st october 2022. So i went to the office and gave the application and there were 4 more students with the same problem . Then we all told the executive director of cgc Dr.Neeraj Sharma. He didn’t listen to us and when we said that it is against the guidelines that you cannot keep our money and then he said go take money from UGC only. He then called the security and kicked us out from the college campus. I request please help us.
