Chabeztech Private Limited — Refund request

I purchased shine.com recruiter login for 1, 29, 801 at the time of demo they promised us with huge data of CV as we started working within 2 days we came to know our money is wasted in this services as we did not find any relevant CV for any position as we were searching for, we asked them to refund us the money in 2 days but they are very adamant on there refund policy wherein on there website they have clearly mentioned the refund is a sole discretion, within 2 days we came to know that shine is not the platform we need as its a waste of time and money, so please help us with this situation
