Am submitting this review on behalf of my friend,
No reliving letter for every one less than 5 years’ experience in chain-sys
Pros
1. But in this company if we want to learn oracle with low salary, this is the good company.
2. Food facility is provided, only for lunch, but food quality is medium only, but for that also amount will be deducted from salary.
3. Cab facility is provided, but that amount will be deducted from the salary.
4. Helping employees ae there to learn the oracle technology,
5. Then hierarchy is not strictly followed.
6. Parking facility for both bike and cars for employees (Chennai office – krisp it park).
Cons
1. Fraud company (Jehan. [protected]@chainsys.com, clement. [protected]@chainsys.com, these people want to change their attitude),
2. Even though you worked for more than 2 years also, you cannot get the relieving letter, you cannot use this company experience anywhere
3. Good cheaters,
4. Please prefer some other good companies,
5. Only 13000 rs salary for fresher’s,
6. No canteen facility,
7. Continuous swapping of team happened once in 6 months,
8. Employees are treated as slaves,
9. Very low overtime wages for extra time working, only 150 rs per day.
10. No hike at all, (Very low hike percentage)
11. For laptop, they will deduct the amount from the monthly salary,
12. For fresher’s five year ‘bond’ with 5, 00, 000 rs penalty.
13. Now, they modified fresher’s no compulsory bond, 50000rs to be paid to get the reliving letter, even though if we are in the notice period also we want to pay 50000rs. Once you try to resign they will show their real face.
14. They will delay the relieving process, literally they will make you beg. This happens if you accept to serve the notice period of 3 months, then think of your situation if you want get relieved immediately. Only god can help. They will do everything to spoil your offer.
15. For fresher’s & experienced probation period = 1 year,
16. No recognition for our work,
17. Growth rate is very low,
18. Hr policies are not good,
19. Fraud based, lier based, cheater based company.
20. Every month first saturday is a working day.
21. The company has no standard rules. The rules will change employee to employee based on manager's recommendation. Only people who put jalra to their manager can survive chainsys.
22. In ayanambakkam office, during rainy season, rain water will come inside.
23. During rainy season, all the employees will be shifted to krisp it park.
Advice to management
It is waste of time to give advice for this company.
