Chairexpert.in — Order neither delivered nor refunded the money

I got to know about this website from google ad.
I liked the price on chair and ordered one also. but after that when I called up their number given on website i.e. [protected], it was switched off.
I have not even received my order also on their website my order number does not exists it shows order does not exist.
this is a big fraud and Google also equally responsible for this.
Please help me out.
