Chairidspl — I closed my all kind of loans in 2022 but this company showing my loan are still active.

I closed my all kind of loans in 2022. all loans amount is below 25, 000 but chairidspl is showing my loans are still active but its not true because i already paid full amount of every kind of loan in 2022.
My cibil score continue decrease. please help to close my account as soon as possible.
