Chaitra — Wrong delivery of my parcel to some other address

As I was about to receive my parcel no.[protected] from clovia.I was not even got any SMS, nor delivery attempt was made by delivery boy through phone and the parcel is being delivered. I was expecting delivery after I got message from clovia. And I made enquiry for many times.kindly do trace my parcel as I have paid money for it.and do the needful
