Chamet — Complaint regarding deduction of balance from Credit card but diamonds not received

I have recharge diamonds from my HDFC credit card on 14/08/2022 for Rs 2790/-. But the diamonds has not been credited in my Account and my credit card balance got deducted.Please refund my money back or else refill the diamonds 1, 50, 000 in my account.
My chamet id is 2094910.
