I had booked my refill on dated 23/10/2017 under invoice no.103930 dt.25/10/2017 and received my gas refill on dt. 26/10/2017 at my home address. Delivery boy from chand gas agency had done the weight of cylinder was 30 kg 200 gms. At the time of delivery and cylinder seal was broken. Today on the fifteenth day i found there is no more gas in the cylinder and i surprised to see this. I checked the gross weight of cylinder was 23 kg 800 gms. And cylinder is filled up with water. Water weight was 7 kg 800 gms. Approx. I already found the cheating by the delivery boy so many times and inform to the gas agency but they are not doing nothing. So many consumers are suffering from this problem. Kindly take a strict action and do the needful soon. Also need to stop the corruption.
