I am writing this complaint to highlight and put forth the issues faced by me at CMR Jewels store, Somajiguda Circle. I would like to bring to your kind notice that after frequent complaints to the CMR Jewels regarding the broken and damaged Gold NP Chain & pendents issue at the storeroom, they told that it will get repaired, after receiving the repair complaint on 27.10.2017, they clearly told that it won’t be repairable. It was the first time given for repairing, it’s a deep agony that being such a global company, a certain amount of professionalism that is expected from the company and its staff are very irresponsible and no proper response given as my experience has been utterly horrible this time. Earlier, I purchased two NP chain and pendants, gold rings and Jhumkas. As a regular customer, I buy believing that the chain will be good but this time I have been deceived.
I had purchased NP Chain and Pendant on 12th Feb. 2017 but slowly it started breaking from all the sides and corners as it was worn only occasionally but disassemble the tiny pieces in the NP chain. This is the kind of quality of the CMR jewelry that the company provides. When I went to the store for the repair after sale service that was provided by the staff was far worse. The staff at the store are so unprofessional and did not respond to my queries and told me that if you wish to complain then you can proceed. I don’t think that any of the staff member having good knowledge. They don’t consider their fault, instead suggested me to exchange it. I want my full money back on the NP Chain whereas Pendants can be repaired. Why should I lose Rs 9000/- on the overall calculation? I don’t need to exchange it. I want my money back without any deduction, else I will file a case in the court of Jurisdiction.
I went to the showroom with the complaint. They told me it will get repaired but after a week they stated that it won’t get repaired. It’s a clear sign of the low quality product and hence no one accept it. They are unable to rectify it saying that it’s due to other reasons it cannot be put back on the NP chain and refused to give the money back to me. If they cannot repair they must return the full amount.
This is a complete breach of trust and fraud with the customer. Either refund the full amount or I will file the police complaint against the CMR Jewels and the store manager.
I handed over the NP Chain and pendants at the store manager.
Please find the attached receipts along with this complaint about your kind perusal.
If my hard earned money did not return to me, then serious action will be initiated against CMR Jewellers.
