I purchased two bed of 16000 rupees, size 6 ' 6 ( 72×72 ) they gave us bed 3 inches short, when we called to replace, they asked for 1500 more, we agree to pay, but again they gave us default product, when we complained for that, they refuse to solve the issue and gave us again the old small bed. INVOICE NO. - 4343 DATE OF PURCHASE - 17/11/14 TO : RAMESH CHOUDHARY SPECIFICALLY WRITTEN BED SIZE 72 INHES X 72 INCHES We have to adjust with old bed, coz customer service is negligible by this company, plz solve our issue. We are helpless to do anything, so we are posting here. Never wanted to go again to this shop, it is fake, just take our money and didnt give us product which we want.
