Chandrakant Gas Agency — gas cylinder not provide on time

I have book refil cylinder from dated 11.05.18 but still we have not received cylinder. While i inqury for cylinder to gas agency they talk to me your gas cylinder delivered on dated 15.05.18 to other person & you will provide new cylinder shortly. But still i have not received gas cylinder & now they have not pick up call.
This type problem we have face always & other customer.
