Char Chinar Handloom Emporium, Kufri, Shimla (H. P.) — Scented candle and pashmina saree

I bought a scented candle from chaar chinar emporium from second floor. As committed by the scamming salesman the candle was supposed to be their best and would last 7 months since it was strong and would start working in 5 minutes . I however went there to buy a candle for its looks but however was scammed into buying a pathetic looking small scented candle which does not work for 600 inr . In the shop I also bought aam pappad candies which were yet again overpriced and tasted disgusting bit according to him they were handmade and special. He was so convincing and confident in his lies that no one would suspect their fraud . The chaar chinar shop at top floor was even more crude, we got 2 ponchos, and 1 jacket which we touched with our hands and were fine in quality. They also used the same tactics of fake customer records all over India, photo books of goats, fake pashmina blankets, shawls and what not as they do with everyone else. The salesman behaved warm and was so convincing and committed to his lies that we were in awe of it . He scammed us expertly into buying a 90% pashmina saree worth 10000 inr . As expected it was disgusting and fake . I can't express my hatred enough towards this pathetic fraudulent chain of shops . Legal action should be taken of it and the police should be informed of this . As it was our first time and we didn't even read the reviews we got fooled and they don't even pick the call despite calling myriad times . The shimla tourism must warn tourists against these dangerous people.
