Charan Singh — payment done but bajaj allianz policy not issued

I make the payment through paytm of rs. 1646/- via link by billdeskutil for my policy issuance from bajaj aliaanz for my honda activa. The payment successfuly done from paytm but policy document not received.in this matter billdeskutil not make the payment to bajaj allianz, either billdesk refund my amount or make the payment to bajaj allianz. At earliest solve the issue.
