Money making minded persons. Front office girls unaware about the mobile phones & giving false commitments to customers. Mr. Rajesh please change the team. Already posted a complaint to lenovo complaint desk about your service center. I request moto & lenovo mobile users to be alert before visiting charm care., they are caring our money not customer satisfactions.
