Greetings for the day !
On 24th Saturday I was Travelling with My family and Returning From Hyderabad to Mumbai at 6.10 Evening Bus. Venkateshwara Travels.
PNR 231762, Seat C4 & D4
During the Pickup Bus Driver Was not Correctly trained How to Speak to any Customer it was found he was totally arrogantly and abusive in his statements. He was Getting to Argument about the Childrens with me one for 8 years and 9 years asking for another 2 Ticket Amount which was 2400 other wise you leave the bus, in Hindi Hum nahi janta, Hum tumko utharega, Here other Co passengers and me requested him you just Pickup us while we reach at Buslocation we discuss with driver and owner on final Call i am ready to pay if you allot me 2 seats,
in Hindi with arrogantly Seat nahi hai tum humko 2 seat ka Paisa Do ??? Nahi tho tumko hum rasthe uttar dega ??? Again My Co passengers said him No one will Pay you if you cant allot the 2 Seat and You taking 2 seat Full amount We already Paid You for 2 seats i had Requested him while coming from Mumbai to Hyderabad ( PNR 231063 SEAT A3 AND B3 ) Same travels and No one Questioned about this how this You people acting like Goons on Roads, i Said Dear iam ready to pay you Childrens Full amount but allot me Seat in Case no Seat how would you Expect to pay 2 seat full amount 2500 around. again in hindi " Aise hi hota "
All Passenger then Requested him take at Bus location will discuss about this Concern. Finally one Goon Came asking me take the call his boss some one he was arrogantly i said i need to go Mumbai and iam with family asking me to settle at 600 and ready to leave finally we had given this amount atleast complete our Journey and will raise the complaint against the tour and travels
I would like to express my complaints about behavior and bus services was not in good conditions i will wait untill resolution and compensation from company i would like need your help Consumer Protection Forum.
