Chate Coaching Classes Solapur — Fees refund

I am gauresh chiloba,
one of chate coaching classes solapur staff assured me that marathi coaching will start soon and take admission. And taken 10k fees in advance, thereafter I attended 3-4 days class then they refused about classes in marathi. And also refusing paying my fees back.
I am visiting their office for refund since last 2 months but they are not intend to refund my fees.
I belong to lower income family, my mother is house maid and my father expired.
Please guide me how to take my fees refund.
