Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — BCA degree is not received through dak at my address since 1 year I have raised many time complaint but no solution is provided

Respected Sir/Mam,
I am Sachin Solanki I have passed bca in 2020 from M M College Modinagar. I have applied online bca degree from the website of ccsu university I want to know that my degree is delivered in college or not because last 7 months status is showing degree is dispatched but I have not received at my home till now and i have raised complaint about this issue but no solution is provided.

So I request you please consider the issue and provide the solution and I have attached the screen shot of the status of application of ccsu please find the attached the screen shot .
