Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — Certificate not received yet

Hi Team,
I had completed the PGDCA from MMH college of Choudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University in 2004. College had not given the certificate to me in spite of several enquiries on counter of their college. However I have applied for the certificate on online mode but status is still showing DISPATCHED on their portal since last month but have not delivered yet to my address.
I have visited the CCS university meerut and asked the status of my certificate on counter no 4 but they told me that they have not received my request .
Request you to look into this and help me in getting the certificate on priority.

Dear Team, Its been almost more than one month reminding the university about the delay. Request you to send them reminder . also the portal, where i had raised the request for certificate HAS BEEN REMOVED BY UNIVERSITY.
