Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — Correction in marks and update result on online portal

Namaste Sir.
I participated in 'Back examination' of "Jurisprudence (Paper code- 501)" in December 2019. (Photo-1)

When I downloaded my admit card,
the subject and its code got changed from 'Jurisprudence (501)' to 'Law of Crime (5001)'.

I complained through Email for correction in subject and its code Subject was got corrected but its paper code got changed from "5001 to 5005" again.

When I checked for Result of that Back exam. It didn't shown on online portal.

After analysing my original marksheet where "Indian Penal code -505" and its obtained marks are 56. [Photo -4] -----
--But on online result Portal the marks of "Indian penal code-505" got changed from "56 to 57" and its paper code got changed to 505 to 5005".

I submitted a application for updation and correction offline at University's 'Students help desk'. I received a post in which university has asked me to submit "attendance sheet'".
So I'm uploading my "attendance sheet" along my other documents.

Therefore, I'm kindly requesting to you to Please grant your order to correct and update my the marks in my marksheet and also on online result portal immediately.
Because of this technical error/glitch
I'm unable to take my "Provisional certificate" and also unable to "enroll myself as an advocate" only because of the mistake/fault and technical glitch o[censored]niversity.
