Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — correction in my exam form

I am a b.com 1yr student at mmh college, ghaziabad.
While filling my exam form, i applied my all documents on the official site www.ccsuweb.in., but when i got the print there was no record of my migration certificate on it. There was no certificate no. And it was printed that my migration has not been submitted along with the documents.
When i asked for the solution from my college principal they told me to visit the university, i did the same and went to room no.309 twice but everyone the registrar, d. R & even head of b.com department denied to help me.
My college officials said to me that only the university can change the data submitted online and can give me a corrected print of the exam form but everyone is pulling hands from their responsibilities.
I have been trying the consumer helpline no. As well as the fax no. But there is no response to the calls made.
I have this complaint forum as the last and the most useful option, i hope there are responsible peoples working for our consumer rights.
