I'm the student of B.com of MS college saharanpur. I am passed in all subjects but detain is written on my marksheet, although I have submitted all my important documents to the college. please rectify this error in my marksheet. I have contacted the college and they are saying that I have to got to university to collect my marksheet, Is this right??
