Hi sir/mam

I have been waiting for my final year mark sheet since 2017 but it has not been issued from your end. I am totally fed up with your services. My course is "ma urdu private". I cleared the ist year exam in 2013 and 2nd year in 2017 and i am passed. I am also attaching both the years mark sheet.
My course is completed with in 5 years but still you people did not generate my mark sheet. I do not understand what is wrong with you people. Please send it as soon as possible at my current home address (A-232b gali no-2, mahavir enclave, part-2 new delhi-110059) before i proceed any further. I have taken the admission in BA 1st year in Rama Devi Kanya Mahavidhyalay (College code 890) but I have not received registration number. so request you to please provide the same ASAP
