i have called up the above helpline numbers of ch charan singh university as per what was mentioned in site and also mailed on the email id mentioned in the site .
but neither the number nor the site working .
it always says phone number you are dialling is wrong, out of reach, some doesnot ring only .
nobody reply on mail also
what should i do now.
