Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — M.Sc semester 3 main regular exam form

Respected sir/ma'am... This is Aayushi Tyagi student of M.Sc Chemistry semester 3 2023 ( M.M.H College ) ... I have a complaint against my fee payment status as well as wrong College code in the form ...as I have filled my semester 3 2023 main regular examination form yesterday night and make a successful payment and also got the notice of successful payment but after that I couldn't received my payment status as well as examination form submission and getting a notice of again payment... so, it's my humble request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible because last date of submission of payment and form is 22 Nov 2023 please update my payment status and make my form successfully submit before last date of form 22 Nov 2023 .
