Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — Removal of penalty on late fees

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I want your kind attention to this matter. Mohd kaif a student of B.COM LLB 3rd year Batch no.[protected] IME Sahibabad. the overall fess which came to me at that time i was unable to submit due to some unavoidable circumstances because of my accident happened with me and due to this i on 24/09/2025 gave application for the penalty fees a humble request to forgive the penalty fees levied on overall fees.
On 1st october that is today i had to go to college principal for this matter but she refused completely to do so.
So from you a request to you by me to kindly remove the additional penalty fees from college to remove it or order them to do the same.
I will be highly obliged to you.
