Sir My Name is AYUSH TIWARI but my name showing in registration form and my exam form is (AYUSHI TIWARI) this is wrong .
As per my school certificate my name is AYUSH TIWARI (correct)
My mother name showing in form is incorrect Her correct name is BRAHMA DEVI as per my school certificate
please correct the name in my registration and exam form.
