Dear All, My self Satya Sunder i have invested the money in CHD Developers Ltd since 2yer back after Invested handsome amount we never get single penny appreciation till now due to some finical crisis we are not able to continue with this property. we are sending formal request to company kindly refund the money at earlier but they not ready to listen the problem and not refund my money till now after sending n no of communication they are not even respond back . i am requesting all new buyers please do not invest money with CHD developers they are such a ridicules people moreover Company MD such a bad he is mater mind he is big theft CHOR Gaurav Mittal he always take money and not refund. i will take legal action againts Gaurav Mittal C/O CHD Developer they are harresing the people we have invested 2.5 lac one of his project since 2 year back but as per company commitment if he will be not launch with in 9 month they refund the money with interest now they are stat away refused to refund the money and push for allotment. if any body join so please mail rite.[protected]@ymail.com Regards Ritu Was this information helpful? | |||

CHD is a brand known for observing best business practices and ensuring complete transparency with customers through use of automated CRM systems and processes.
In fact we have checked our CRM systems to track your business case, and there is no booking in the name of Satya Sunder or Ritu. The Applicant name is not clear from your complaint either, as you have introduced your self as Satya Sunder while signed off as Ritu.
