Sept 24 I placed an order made payment received a confirmation and order number. Days later i was told merchandise was in cart please pay. went back and forth over a week providing proof of payment. then it's being shiped, tracking with be sent. That never happened. when I confronted them they cancelled the order and said they would issue a refund. That never happened either. A complaint has been filed with my financial institution.
