1. I had purchased few A/Cs from chroma Janakpuri in July 22, where Bajaj Finserv (Rep Rachit Agarwal) offered no cost EMI . Now on completion of all EMIs, Rs 117 Have been auto debited from my bank A/c when i've neither availed any service nor concurred for use of the same. Further i've been communicated that I owe Rs 1178.82 towards RBL bank supercard that i've neither applied nor received.
2. lackluster response by all concerned particularly a company like Bajaj Finance has left me very disturbed (incl Rachit /Croma mgr) as i'm being told to fight it out with RBL bank and they have nothing to do here.
