[Resolved]  Checknshop.com — Got the damaged product they are not replacing an item

I purchase Sachin Tendulkar miniature bat from the checknshop.com. When I got the delivery of the item it was damaged. I call them immediately regarding the same. They told they are looking in this matter. I called them more than 20 times in their number [protected] and mail the 3 times [protected]@checknshop.com with the images of the damaged product.
