This is Devender Cheeralancha and my car was theft by shriram Finance goons. I am escalating this issue since 10 months. And also paid 75300 on Feb 2024. Also went to branch on 7th October with 150000 for payment. Till now no person or party responded this issue
If I didnt pay EMIs, yes you can sieze my car with proper notice.
On the road, your goons are theft my car without giving Siezing notice. Also they didnt submitted any Siezing copy to nearest police station.

This is i have escalating from 10 months. I have all the proofs and all mail communication with you. Just seeing mails and ignoring like joke is not a solution.

Give me proper response and close this issue as soon as possible.

Or else can file a court case on shriram finance and individual persons?

Please respond as soon as possible. Or else i will take legal action on this issue

You may have rights to sieze a car with proper procedure, but you don't have theft a car on the road.
