I was having the subscription of chegg. I have asked few subject question solution on chegg. My subscription was expiring on 30th December, 2021. Now when i am trying to view the answers of the question i posted they are not showing the answer. Instead they are asking me to take back the subscription again to view the answer.
My question is i asked the question within my subscription period so the answer should be visible to me. They didn't mention in their policy that i can't view even my question after the subecription ends. This is cheating with the customer and forcing to take back the subscriptions. This is just wastage of innocent customers money.
