Chennai Metropolitan Water System & Sewage Board — sewage overflow

I am residing in 425-b kilpauk garden road, chennai - 600010 in my bathroom sewage overflow is persistent due to block in the mains and i have reported the issue several times by mail and in person to the de of depot no.103, but of no use. I have also informed them taj cool bar the tea shop nearby selling eatables is throwing all the food waste into the sewer, which is clogging the lines.
