Yesterday my friend booked for tickets from palani to chennai
National travels vehicle no tn 20 ca 1616 boarding from palani atlas travel agent
Pax name. Ganesan k seat no 40
Sivakumar seat no 37
Up to dindugal no problem.
In dindugal boarding point dindugal agent & driver asked me your seat no 40 booked another person. Sorry some technical issue. I will change driver seat back side. But driver not provide. Another passenger booked in the seat. I am sitting from dindugal to chennai sitting in engine. Was so many time ask arrange the seat. Up to chennai driver not arrange the seat i am affected breathing problem patient. While driving driver speaking with conversation another bus driver & rashly driving. I was suffered mentally & physically.
