Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University [Csjm] — Digitally signed degree and other documents are not downloading from website

Respected sir,
I have downloaded the migration and provision certificate from the website but when i am trying to get it verified and want the digitally signed migration and other documents it is not happening.
The website is not responding to download the digitally signed documents.
I have taken admission in nit waranagk and they are insisting to submit the documents in next two days only.
Please consider my request and tell me what should I do to get digitally signed migration, provision and degree certificate
