Subject: Third time application being sent for correction of mark sheet however it was already submitted with Hard copy of original paperwork and Mark sheet on 3rd Jan 2022 TO SSC DEPARTMENT.

This is regarding in correction on Name spelling of my name and in Fathers Name spelling.

My Roll no. for

LLB First and Second Semester Mark sheet not received yet also correction pending online for all the semester however corrected Mark sheet is received to me

enrollment no. CSJMA[protected].

It was submitted all required paperwork hard copy along with original mark sheet and affidavit. the no paperwork was attached as below with hand written application.

ü Application.

ü Payment receipt of online application for LLB all 6 Semester.

ü Original mark sheet for all LLB semester already submitted to university on 3rd jan..

ü Original Affidavit.

ü Aadhra Card copy.

ü 10th 12th Mark sheet.

Correction Required in My Name Correct Spelling is Jay Kumar.

Correction Required in My Father’s Name Correct Spelling is Grish Chandra.

Now it’s been more than a month but still correction not done and not received original mark sheet just because of it I am unable to Enroll in BAR Council of India.

It’s My Humble request you to kindly get correction done and dispatch my all Mark sheet to the address as given in application.

I have attached all the paperwork copy again along with this application.
