This is regarding in correction on Name spelling of my name and in Fathers Name spelling.

LLB all Semester is 0305266. Completed in 2020

B. Sc. Second Year 0538743 year 2011.

B. Sc. Third Year 0324500 year 2012.

Enrollment no. CSJMA[protected].

It was submitted all required paperwork hard copy along with original mark sheet and affidavit. the no paperwork was attached as below with hand written application.

ü Application.

ü Payment receipt of online application for LLB all 6 Semester and for B.SC Second year and B.Sc. Final year.

ü Original mark sheet for all LLB semester.

ü Original Affidavit.

ü Aadhra Card copy.

ü 10th 12th Mark sheet.

Correction Required in My Name Correct Spelling is Jay Kumar.

Correction Required in My Father’s Name Correct Spelling is Grish Chandra.

Now it’s been more than a month but still correction not done and not received original mark sheet just because of it I am unable to Enroll in BAR Council of India.

It’s My Humble request you to kindly get correction done and dispatch my all Mark sheet to the address as given in application.

I have attached all the paperwork copy again along with this application.
