I did the payment through credit care at night of 1000 rs for degree but amount being debited but still transaction id and challan not updated I tried mailing them no response None of the phone Number working got one number the person said will take time will be updated after 24 hours still no response and Now they are not answering the problem is i am from luckNow can Not visit college please help me out

I had submitted an online fee 2250₹ for supplli exam from my upi id for a student name Rishi Kumar
Enrollment Number: CSJMA[protected]
Registration No: 2022EF[protected]
Fee debited from my account to CSJM University
But does not paid actually. I waited for 3 days but payment status kept showing pending. Then I maid the payment again with my Paytm payment bank visa debit card owned by Rishi Kumar then fee submitted actually that's transaction no is .[protected]
I want my money back debited from upi id
