[Resolved]  Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanad Technical University, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh — delay in issuing migration certificate.

I have applied for migration certificate on 01/01/2020 by "urgent type of delivery." for which i had to pay double fee i. E. 600 rs.

There are two type of delivery through which university provide migration certificate-
1. General type of delivery. (Fee-300 rs.)
2. Urgent type of delivery. (Fee-600 rs.)

According to university time taken in providing migration certificate (By general type of delivery) is maximum15 days from application.
But it is 10th day from my application "by urgent type of delivery" but till now application status shows pending.
If even after paying double fee i am not able to get it in 10 days then what is the meaning o[censored]rgent mode and taking double fee?
I request you to help me in providing migration certificate as soon as possible. I need certificate by monday (12/01/2020). It's urgent.
